Master Howard has run a school in Houston, Texas since 1997.  He is a member of the Promotion Board, an International Instructor, a Class A Umpire, and was designated All-Around Umpire at the World Championships in London, England in 2008. He has been a USA coach at World Championships. He has hosted 2 International Instructor Courses, USA Nationals and Team trials, and a Masters Class.  Master Howard has participated in international competitions and has earned 10 gold, 2 silver, and 4 bronze medals. His students have earned various medals and awards in national and international championships.
