On Saturday, August 27th, Master Jeff Hurben of Midnight Sun Martial Arts Academy hosted a black belt test via zoom.  The test was well attended with spectators attending both in person and through Zoom.  The amount of support provided to the candidates shows what a close-knit group the school is.  It was unfortunate that the entire promotion board was not able to be there in person but sometimes time and distance do not work in our favor.  Master Crochet and Master Howard both attended the testing via zoom.  

Congratulation to Ms. Linda Pitka on her promotion to 3rd degree.  Congratulations also goes out to Mr. Aiden Cowles, Ms. Danielle Larrabee, and Mr. Kai Gardner on their promotions to 1st gup.
